Runsheet is the YouTube autopilot for creators running one channel or several. It plans a channel's next videos from its own numbers, and the creator's own Claude makes them: Shorts, and long videos with chapters. Runsheet writes each title, description and thumbnail, uploads and schedules shorts and long cuts to YouTube with thumbnails and playlists attached, and measures every tracked video with twice-daily snapshots. Runsheet is the YouTube autopilot for creators running one channel or several. It plans a channel's next videos from its own numbers, and with Runsheet's Claude Code plugin the creator's own Claude makes them on their computer, Shorts and long videos with chapters, as motion graphics with a voice and music in one of five styles, and schedules them every week with nobody there; Runsheet emails the creator for every video an app schedules, with a link to pull it. Its built-in AI, Cue, writes each upload's title, description and tags and designs its thumbnail. It plans a four-week running order, uploads and schedules shorts and long cuts to YouTube with thumbnails and playlists attached, and measures every tracked video with twice-daily snapshots. Its findings use medians, show their sample size and appear once a channel has the videos to support them. Cue also answers questions from that measured data and plans the month, and nothing it proposes reaches YouTube until the creator approves it. Runsheet watches other channels, and runs an MCP server so Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients can read, draft for and schedule the channel. There is a free plan that needs no card. It is built by Kalpesh Mahida, with Shivangi Pandita as Product Manager, at Buildify, Vadodara, India.

- The assistant built into every screen. It answers from the channel’s measured numbers, drawn as cards by code, and proposes changes such as a publish time, new titles or a planned month as cards that do nothing until the creator presses Approve.
- A remote MCP server, so Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients can read the running order, draft titles and descriptions and, with a key that allows it, schedule a video. It connects by OAuth sign-in or with an API key and is included on every plan, Free too. How it works.
