Runsheet is a YouTube scheduler and channel manager for creators running one channel or several. It plans a four-week running order, uploads and schedules shorts and long cuts to YouTube with thumbnails and playlists attached, and measures every tracked video with twice-daily snapshots. Its findings use medians, show their sample size and are withheld when the data cannot support one. It also drafts titles, descriptions and thumbnails, watches other channels, and runs an MCP server so Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients can read, draft for and schedule the channel. There is a free plan that needs no card. It is built by Kalpesh Mahida at Buildify, Vadodara, India.

Screenshots
From the demo sandbox, whose channel and rivals are invented, captured on 22 September 2026 in the light theme. Each comes at 1920 × 1080 and at 1270 × 760, the gallery size Product Hunt asks for. PNG, all under 300 KB.
The films
Both are 1920 × 1080 MP4. The web copies are silent: neither file has an audio track.
