How the free plan works
Sign up with Google, or with an email and a password. No credit card, no trial countdown, nothing expires. You connect your channel, queue up to 3 videos at a time, publish them with the thumbnail and the playlist attached, and read the last 7 days of every curve.
Snapshots keep being recorded whether or not you ever pay. The plan decides what you can read, never what gets kept, so there is no version of this where waiting costs you your own history.
What grows with the plan
Channels, watched channels and catalogue depth each draw on YouTube’s daily API quota, so they grow with the plan: checking a rival costs 3 quota units, and snapshotting your catalogue costs 3 more per 50 videos.
Cue credits and AI thumbnails are a paid call on every press, so they grow with the plan too, refilled on the 1st of every month.
What a credit buys
One balance runs every AI tool in Runsheet, on the website and through the MCP server, and a call that fails is refunded. Paid plans can add 1,000 more for $5 whenever a big month needs them.

How much does Runsheet cost?
Free is $0 and needs no credit card. Starter is $12 a month, or $108 a year. Creator is $29 a month, or $264 a year. Network is $69 a month, or $624 a year. No per-seat charge and no percentage of anything. Each plan has a monthly publishing allowance, listed in the table above.
Can I look around without signing up?
Yes. The live demo opens the real app with a practice channel of your own, already filled with 25 published videos, three scheduled, two weeks of view history, some saved ideas and two other channels to compare against. No sign-up and no credit card, and it is deleted after 12 hours.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Snapshots keep being recorded whatever you are paying, for as much of the catalogue as the plan covers, and the plan decides how far back you can read and how many channels stay open: the channels you connected first stay open, and any beyond the new plan's count wait, with everything on them, until the plan covers them again. Upgrading later hands you your own past rather than starting a new one. The CSV export of your own snapshots comes with every paid plan and stays open after you cancel.
Can I cancel, and how do refunds work?
Cancel from Settings whenever you like, in two clicks, with no retention flow to sit through. You keep the plan, and every day you paid for, until the end of the period. After that the account goes read only: nothing is deleted, snapshots of your 50 most recent videos keep being recorded twice a day, the last 30 days stay readable, and the CSV export of your own snapshots stays open. A charge that should not have happened at all, like a duplicate or a renewal after you had cancelled, is worth mailing me about.
