What Runsheet is
Runsheet is a tool for planning and publishing to a YouTube channel you control. It is a Buildify product, operated as a sole proprietorship by Mahida Kalpesh Jayantilal. Using it means agreeing to what is written here.
Who can use Runsheet
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or buy a plan. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must create the account, agree to these terms and be responsible for how it is used. YouTube’s own age rules still apply to the channel you connect.
Your account and your channel
You need an account, and you must connect only a channel you are entitled to publish to. You are responsible for what gets published from your account, including anything scheduled. Keep your password to yourself.
Your content stays yours
Runsheet claims no rights over anything you publish. It never stores your video files, and the metadata it does store exists only to provide the product to you.
YouTube’s rules apply too
Publishing through Runsheet is still publishing to YouTube, and Runsheet uses YouTube API Services, so the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply to everything you do here. Runsheet cannot shield you from a strike, a takedown or a change in their API, and nothing here overrides their terms.
Payment
A paid plan is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Dodo Payments. Cancel any time and you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are not refunded, as Cancellation and refunds sets out. Prices can change with notice, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for or to a plan you are already on at a grandfathered price.
Which plans exist and what they cost is on the pricing page. Your own data stays exportable on every paid plan, and after a paid plan lapses.
Cue credits
Every plan includes a monthly balance of Cue credits, which the AI tools spend, and AI thumbnails, which are a separate allowance. Both refill on the 1st of each month (UTC), except the Free plan’s AI thumbnail, which is one, once; what is unused does not roll over. A call that fails is refunded to your balance.
The Free plan’s credits and its free AI thumbnail are unlocked by connecting a YouTube channel, once per channel: a channel that has already unlocked them on one Runsheet account does not unlock them again on another.
Top-up packs are sold to paid plans, bought once, spent after your monthly allowance, and last 12 months from purchase, including after a plan ends. A pack is not refundable once it lands in your balance. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Cue, AI drafts and the changes you approve
Titles, scripts, ideas and other drafts from Cue and the AI tools are suggestions: read them before you publish them, because you are responsible for what goes out on your channel. Cue and any AI app you connect change nothing until you approve it. Publishing a video now cannot be undone, and a video deleted from YouTube through Runsheet is gone for good once its ten minute undo has passed.
What is not promised
Runsheet depends on YouTube’s API, which has daily quotas and occasional outages that are outside anyone’s control here. A scheduled publish is handed to YouTube at upload time and executed by YouTube, which is deliberately the most reliable arrangement available, but no uptime is guaranteed and Runsheet is provided as is. Runsheet is not liable for lost views, lost revenue or a missed upload.
The limit of Runsheet’s liability
As far as the law allows, Runsheet’s total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or your use of Runsheet is limited to the amount you paid for Runsheet in the 12 months before the claim arose. Runsheet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
Ending it
You can disconnect your channel at any time in Settings, and ask for your account to be deleted at any time by email; it is done within seven days. Runsheet may suspend an account that is being used to break YouTube’s rules or the law, and will say why when it does.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, write to kalpesh@buildifyapp.in first and it will be looked at properly. A dispute that cannot be settled that way goes to the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat. This does not take away any right you have under consumer protection law to bring a complaint where you live.
