What Runsheet is
Runsheet is a tool for planning and publishing to a YouTube channel you control. It is operated by Buildify. Using it means agreeing to what is written here.
Your account and your channel
You need an account, and you must connect only a channel you are entitled to publish to. You are responsible for what gets published from your account, including anything scheduled. Keep your password to yourself.
Your content stays yours
Runsheet claims no rights over anything you publish. It never stores your video files, and the metadata it does store exists only to provide the product to you.
YouTube’s rules apply too
Publishing through Runsheet is still publishing to YouTube, so YouTube’s Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply to everything you do here. Runsheet cannot shield you from a strike, a takedown or a change in their API, and nothing here overrides their terms.
Payment
Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Dodo Payments. Cancel any time and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for; there are no partial refunds for time already used. Prices can change with notice, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
What is not promised
Runsheet depends on YouTube’s API, which has daily quotas and occasional outages that are outside anyone’s control here. A scheduled publish is handed to YouTube at upload time and executed by YouTube, which is deliberately the most reliable arrangement available, but no uptime is guaranteed and Runsheet is provided as is. Runsheet is not liable for lost views, lost revenue or a missed upload.
Ending it
You can disconnect your channel or delete your account at any time. Runsheet may suspend an account that is being used to break YouTube’s rules or the law, and will say why when it does.
