Each of the three options answers those questions in that order, so the first thing a visitor to the channel reads is whether it is meant for them. Each is asked to stay under 1000 characters, and each shows its length beside it.
It will not make up your schedule
It is told never to invent a subscriber count, an upload schedule or a credential. So "how often" can only be as specific as you are: say "a new video every Tuesday" in the box and it will use it, leave it out and it is told not to guess one.

Questions about this tool
Can I use it for a channel with no videos yet?
Yes. It works from what you type, so describe who the channel is for, what they will get and how often you plan to post. Inside Runsheet it can lean on your published titles instead, but only once there are at least three of them; before that it needs a sentence from you.
Does it need an account?
Yes, and only because each generation costs real money to run. A free account gets 3 drafting runs a day, shared across the drafting tools, and needs no card. The character counter, the line break tool and the bold text tool need no account at all, because they run entirely in your browser.
Will it make things up about my video?
It is instructed not to, in every case: no invented statistic, no claim about how the video will do, no timestamp or sponsor you did not mention. It only has what you type, so the more specific you are the less room there is for it to guess.
Does this decide anything about my channel?
No, and that line is deliberate. Runsheet uses a model to write copy and never to produce a finding. Every number it reports about your channel is measured, uses medians rather than means, and refuses to answer when the sample is too small. Nothing generated here touches that.

The text you enter is sent to Google's Gemini API to produce the answer and is not stored by Runsheet. What is recorded is that a generation happened, so the daily allowance can be counted.
